It’s been a busy and exciting start to the year at Omni, and we have more news to share:

We’re thrilled to announce that Brandon Rowan, formerly a senior operations manager at Amazon, has come aboard as our VP of Operations. He’ll lead the overall execution of Omni’s operations and logistics and help us scale nationally. For Omni, inability to execute on ops is the fastest way to failure. It’s been clear to us since the beginning that operations and logistics are at the core of Omni’s experience. Our customers have come to know and appreciate that Omni will seamlessly take care of the pick-up, cataloging, storage, and safe delivery of both their personal belongings and items they rent from the community.

As we continue to turn Omni’s vision into reality — changing the way the world views access vs. ownership — Brandon will play a crucial part in growing and fortifying our executive team. He’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing a team that continues to make Omni’s customer experience and top-quality execution our highest priority.

Brandon has nearly a decade of success in operations, manufacturing and supply chain management, with past roles at Northrop Grumman, Caterpillar, and most recently Amazon. While at Amazon, he oversaw a network of 1,000 associates and implemented policies that resulted in measurable improvements in productivity and quality KPIs. We’re excited to have someone with such valuable expertise work alongside our new COO to maintain Omni’s reliability and efficiency as we expand our product and reach more cities throughout the U.S and across the globe.

Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Olin College, a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He’s the type of leader that elevates an organization, and we’re honored to welcome him to the team.
