I get it, I love Excel too. This is why exporting data from BI tools is so prevalent, people want that same spreadsheet familiarity. âJust give me the data so I can touch itâ. Unfortunately, this usually results in using a strange hybrid of SQL and formulas - hurting consistency while still not providing the flexibility and familiarity people want.

Beyond the obvious of more people just getting how to use it, we also get to lean on the full web for support in the app because the internet is pretty good at debugging Excel.
